first day on the job...

of soccer mom. Ryan was oh so proud as we all headed off to big D's first day of practice.

We even lucked out and got Joe Dirt's son on the team:)

Ryan just couldn't help himself and ended up coming to watch after all(and it had nothing to do with me not being able to find where to go, not at all)

Christmas 2009

The newest Thorne family Christmas tradition was waiting for big D to wake up. The kid NEVER sleeps in, unless it's Christmas I guess:)

Dylan was so excited for the big day

and so was Dallas when he finally rolled out of bed.

Dylan didn't really understand the whole stocking thing, he just walked around with his and didn't notice that stuff kept falling out. He tried to hang it back up on the mantle a few times too, it was cute.

With a little help from an elf named Sarah, I got Ryan this football with lots of Cowboys autographs....he was so excited.

This was Dylans favorite thing, the kid likes to open and shut doors...whatever keeps a smile on his little face:)

My Dad and I took a little break in the most cozy of spots, right on all the paper and boxes.

We all did alot of jumping.

Then the Heaps came up for a fabulous Christmas feast, and it was delish!

Nothing better than a little Christmas pinnata action

and eating up the rewards!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas eve...

I always wish there were a few more hours in the day on Christmas eve. This year we made cookies for santa, read stories with Grandpa, and helped santa put together a trampoline until the wee hours of the night/morning.
