Twin boys:)

Every day little Dylan looks a little more like Dallas. It is so funny, it is like having the same baby twice. Pictures of Dylan and Dallas at the same age are hard to tell apart. I took Dylan in for his 4 month appt. and just like his big bro always has been he was off the charts, coming in at 29.5 inches and 18.9 pounds. Looking back almost exactly what Dallas was at that age. Crazy!

Switcharoo fun day

So.. since Dylan was born I have pretty much held him and snuggled him non stop and not been very good at sharing holding time with anyone:) Ryan and Dallas have been doing tons together and Dallas and I have not had as much one on one time as I would like. So today Ryan and I did a little switcharoo. He stayed home with Dylan and got some quality time with him.... and I took big D to pump it up with his little buddies. He had so much fun, and it was really nice to get to spend time with just him. Ryan said when I got home that he can see why I never want to stop holding Dylan, he said, "he just melts in your arms". Fun day for all the Thornes!!

Yay for Dallas

This happy kid is potty trained everyone!! I took this picture right after telling him good job. He is so happy and proud of himself! I was going to wait until he was 3 because I was scared and had heard that was the best time. I really just had to go for it out of neccesity though. He is too big for size 6 diapers now, and seeing as how there are no size 7's and I didn't want the poor kid to have to wear depends... I went for it and he took to it like an allstar!! Yay for Dallas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good News! Baby Dylan can now roll over onto his tummy all by himself! Dallas was so proud of him he kept saying, "good job baby Dylan!"

Dylan is 4 months

Dylan is 4 months old now. He's growing up way to fast. The little guy already weights 18.5 pounds. Gotta love my big boys:)

Our friend toad

On Monday morning this little guy was on our front doorstep. Dallas was really excited and wanted to keep him and feed him bugs, but we knew that probably wasn't a good idea considering these toads are poisonous(if you eat them, or touch them and put your finger in your mouth) So we caught him and Ryan took him to a nearby wash. He almost escaped out of the bucket in Ryan's car. He's got hops.... literally:)
